Marcus Watson
President

He came to lead FPG because he believes in this executive team. He brings his strategic vision and experience to bear on marketing, IT, accounting and finance — all that goes into building the business behind the primary business of the company. A former partner in Big Four firm Ernst & Young's Restructuring and Reorganization Group, Marcus Watson has for more than 25 years lead companies through the rough waters of financial crisis. In 1994 he joined the Finley Group to consult in workout transactions and reorganizations for both creditor and debtor companies and provide management expertise. Marc Watson was pleased to accept the FPG executive team's invitation to lead the company to the next level and beyond.

Gong Kwak
Vice President, Systems and Operations

The Project Managers report directly to Gong on quality, contract, and budget issues. A mechanical engineer by education and training, he is experienced in engineering and project management for industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, government agencies, airports, hospitals, offices, hotels, and apartment complexes. With over 20 years experience, Gong's skill in start-up plan development, operational budgeting, and quality control site audits has consistently garnered substantial cost savings. By implementing the statistical and analytical procedures he has designed and developed, he ensures exacting standards of quality.

Joseph (Joe) J. Thomas
Vice President, Marketing & Sales

His 30 years of experience in industrial maintenance include plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and HVAC systems, with an emphasis on energy conservation. For over 20 of those years, Joe has directed business development departments creating cost-sensitive engineering solutions. He has also developed specialized computer software to compile and report complex data in a series of easy-to-interpret charts and graphs. His goal is to raise customer satisfaction and reduce costs. So Joe has created processes that support and challenge employees to add value for clients — and the employees that serve them.

W. L. (Chris) Christy, Jr., P.E.
Vice President, Corporate Development

With more than 27 years in facilities engineering management and business process automation, Chris' expertise crosses 16 diverse market segments. While the majority of his career has been in consulting, he spent four years as VP Facilities Engineering for Turner Broadcasting Systems' Worldwide Facilities. Chris managed the design function for mechanical, electrical and plumbing for all new facilities and renovations in existing facilities. He also managed the operations and maintenance functions of all facilities including Turner's Corporate Headquarters, CNN Center. Prior to joining FPG, Chris spent five years with MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. as the Corporate Focus Group Leader for mechanical engineers.
